The Studio Support and Sales Staff Member will move fluidly between welcoming and checking in clients, managing the studio environment, having genuine membership conversations, and proactively following up with leads and lapsed members. This role suits someone who brings natural warmth, a results-driven mindset, deep product knowledge, and the discipline to hold themselves to a high standard across every part of the job. This is an hourly position, ranging between $19-21 (dependent on experience, availability, reliability, etc). Shifts available: weekdays 5 or 6am-11am, 4pm-8pm, Saturday 7am-12pm and Sunday 8am-12pm.

This role is responsible for being the point of customer contact, handling product pricing, estimates, scheduling installation work, billing,
creating work orders for customer projects, and more.

Saturdays 9am-1pm + 4 days per week from 9am - 5 pm.

Must be computer literate and able to lift 40 lbs.
